Terms & Conditions - Maremonti B&B

Reservations


Reservations can be made through our website, email, WhatsApp, or third-party booking platforms. All reservations are subject to availability.

Payments
Payments may be made in cash, bank transfer,  Paypal and our website. In some cases, a deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to arrival will not incur a penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay or the loss of the deposit.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: until 1:00 PM
    Special requests are subject to availability. Can coordinate to keep luggage also in another room in case need to check in/out late

Use of Facilities
Guests agree to make responsible use of the facilities.
Any damage caused by improper use will be the guest’s responsibility.

 

Pets
Pets must be requested in advance and are subject to approval.

 

Liability
Maremonti Bed & Breakfast is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings within the property.

Privacy Policy 

At Maremonti Bed & Breakfast, we respect our guests’ privacy.

Personal information requested (name, email, phone number, stay dates) is used only for reservation management, communication, and guest service.

We do not share, sell, or disclose personal information to third parties unless required by law.

By making a reservation or contacting us, guests agree to this privacy policy.
